A |     抚顺县把全域旅游发展作为乡村振兴战略的重要抓手，依托三块石国家森林公园、天女山森林公园、关山湖水库等独特的旅游资源优势，大力发展生态观光、冰雪体验、乡村度假、休闲采摘等旅游新业态，全力打造“生态环境自然优美、旅游业态百花齐放、旅游品牌优势突显”的抚顺县文旅全新IP。    New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday released the 12th instalment amount of Rs 16,000 crore to eligible farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) through Direct Benefit Transfer.

He inaugurated a two-day event 'PM Kisan Samman Sammelan' at Indian Agricultural Research Institute.

Addressing the gathering, the prime minister said, "I congratulate the farmers and their family members for having received the 12th installment today under Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi through Direct Benefit Transfer ahead of Deepawali."

Under the scheme, eligible farmer families are provided a benefit of Rs 6000 per year in three equal instalments of Rs 2,000 each.

So far, eligible farmer families have received benefits of more than Rs 2 lakh crore under PM-KISAN.

The Prime Minister termed the scheme a transformational initiative.

During the event, Modi also inaugurated 600 Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras (PMKSK) under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers.

Under the scheme, the fertilizer retail shops in the country will be converted into Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras in a phased manner.

Pradan Mantri Kisan Samruddhi Kendras will cater to a wide variety of needs of the farmers and provide agri-inputs (fertilizers, seeds, implements); testing facilities for soil, seeds, fertilizers; generate awareness among farmers; provide information regarding various government schemes and ensure regular capacity building of retailers at block and district level outlets, the PMO said.

More than 3 lakh retail fertilizer shops are planned to be converted into PMKSK.

"From today, the work will start to convert over 3.15 lakh fertilizer shops into Pradhan Mantri Samruddhi Kendras. These Kendras will be a one stop solution catering to all requirements of our annadatas," the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister also launched Bharat Urea Bags, which will help companies market fertilizers under the single brand name Bharat.

"Through One Nation One Fertilizer, urea will now be available under one brand name - Bharat. This will ensure farmers do not undergo confusion and there is consistency in the quality of fertilizers," the Prime Minister said.

The Prime Minister also inaugurated the Agri Startup Conclave and Exhibition.



About 300 startups will showcase their innovation related to Precision Farming, Post-Harvest and Value Add Solutions, Allied Agriculture, Waste to Wealth, Mechanisation for Small Farmers, Supply Chain Management, Argi-Logistic, among others.

The platform would facilitate startups to interact with farmers, FPOs, agri-experts, corporates etc. Startups will also share their experience and interact with other stakeholders in technical sessions.

During the event, Modi also launched ‘Indian Edge’, an e-magazine on fertilizer.

It will provide information on domestic and international fertilizer scenarios, including recent developments, price trends analysis, availability and consumption, success stories of farmers, among others.

B | 三块石登山节、天女山木兰文化节、梨花谷踏青赏花等特色文体旅品牌项目吸引了大量游客参与，充分展示了抚顺县的文化魅力，也进一步提升了抚顺县的知名度和美誉度。通过“休闲农业+乡村旅游”的方式，将采摘园、景区、研学基地等融为一体，把游客“流量”变为消费“留量”，带火乡村旅游。不断挖掘特色旅游资源潜力，推动民宿、农家乐产业向特色化、精品化发展，持续完善“吃住行游购娱”产业链，全面推动文旅产业提质增效。         　　抚顺县文旅局副局长付冬梅说：“2024年上半年共接待游客213万人次，同比增长48.2%，实现旅游综合收入7.45亿元，同比增长81%。”          　　抚顺县以夯实公共文化阵地建设为抓手，不断完善配套服务设施、提档升级服务阵地、拓宽服务渠道、提高服务质量。对县图书馆进行数字化改造，8个乡镇建有文化馆、图书馆分馆，促进基本公共文化服务的标准化、均等化。辖区内8个乡镇95个行政村综合文化活动中心全部设置标准化的室内群众文化活动场所。目前全县各类体育场地面积21.5万平方米，人均体育场地面积2.71平方米，实现农体工程全覆盖。         　　抚顺县还充分利用节假日组织开展秧歌大赛、农民健身舞大赛、歌咏会、百姓春晚等文化活动，举办书画、摄影、剪纸、手工制作等艺术作品创作活动，丰富了群众文化生活，营造了良好文化氛围。由群众自发组织的广场健身舞、民族舞、交谊舞和“周末大舞台”活动成为乡村广场的风景线，带动全县群众文化活动的广泛开展。                   责任编辑：刘春阳。
